"We end up with unique high-rise homes featuring designs that once existed only in landed properties, such as higher ceilings, bespoke balconies and locker rooms next to your car park. Some of our units even have private car park located next to the unit and our smaller studio units (part of dual-key units) even comes with balconies!"

“It took six years to set up a management team comprising top industry personnel, lay the foundation of a strong talent pool, and actively explore quality land banks which SkyWorld now owns," said Ng.
