PETALING JAYA- Comprising of five blocks of 38-storey condominiums, with a podium for recreation, wellness and parking bays, D’Rapport Residences has a gross floor area of over four million sq. ft.

The topping out ceremony, was officiated by the guest of honour, Acmar Group managing director Datuk Steven Tee, executive director Johnson Tee Kim Hock, with China Railway International Group general manager Cai Zemin and China Railway Dongfang Group Limited chief executive Chen Zhigong and Malaysia Building Society Bhd (MBSB) ceo Datuk Seri Hj Ahamad Zaini.

The ceremony is held in conjunction with the development’s completion, of one out of the five blocks featured within the development.

Since the project’s commencement over 20 months ago, it has adhered to strict regulations and requirements to uphold an accident-free record.

The group executive director, thanked the China Railway Engineering Corporation (M) Sdn Bhd (CRECM) team for their dedication, commitment, and achievement in completing the 38-storey singular tower, in a short 20-month period.

“This Topping Out Ceremony, is a testimony of the strong on-going partnership between Acmar and CREC, especially between the members of the project and construction team, together with our consultant team and all those working at the site, whose successful accomplishment through hard work we celebrate today”. He added,

“Today’s auspicious event stands to testify, that we have made a good choice in selecting CREC to construct this flagship development of the Acmar Group.

The completion of the structure also speaks of the outstanding collaboration between the CREC, its consultants, and the Acmar team.
