KDU University College in Glenmarie recently hosted a StarProperty.my forum attended by three speakers, discussing important tips of home ownership via strategic analysis.

A roaring crowd of over 200 visitors was seen at the event sponsored by Paramount Property Development Sdn Bhd.

The speakers shared key ideas about smart financing and business growth to visitors. The first speaker Ken Teo spoke about the core guidelines for improved asset value.

Teo shared his analysis based on evidence, facts and historical data focusing on strategies suitable for middle income groups stating, “There are two main core guidelines in improving asset knowledge, the first is historical data which is divided to economy land and direction of development.

The second fundamental, has four parts to it, and these include, jobs with quality and quantity, population growth, infrastructure and amenities,” said Teo.

The second speaker present at the forming was, Smart Financing Co. chief executive officer Gary Chua, who spoke about, “unlocking top 7 financing secrets and strategies for homebuyers.”

Gary said, “with regards to CCRIS, good customers are those whom possess good credit records, do not have much personal loans, and do not over use one’s credit card by maintaining 70% of total credit allocation.”

“If you have a bad status in CCRIS, the chances are your loan will not be approved,” said Gary.

“In short, always maintain a good track record with the bank and this can make it an ease for one to secure a loan,” Gary concluded.

Another speaker of the forum was Leveragelab founder and chief executive officer Jeevan Sahadevan, touching the seven values that will double one’s wealth.

“Diligence, vision, prioritization, partnering, communications, feedback and the last but not the least is hard work, are some of the values that one should take note of s start to follow it closely to achieve wealth growth,” said Jeevan.

Jeevan said, “When purchasing a property it is a sound decision to buy in an area that one currently lives in as you would know the area well.”
