THE allure of passive income through investment in rental of properties is tempting enough, but not everyone has enough market knowledge to make it big in the property investment field.
Full time property investor and investment coach Kaygarn Tan will be presenting a talk titled “How to get better than average rental yield?” in the StarProperty.my Fair 2016 held at JB City Square, level 1 on Saturday at 12pm.
At the talk, Tan will walk the participants through the property market trends in Malaysia and explain the basics of achieving more rental revenue through strategic planning and positioning. The property fair, which will feature prominent development projects in Iskandar Malaysia, will be held from July 22 to 24 (Friday to Sunday),10am to 10pm.

Moreover, parents can also bring their children to participate in the robot wars of “CR8 Robotics Challenge”, in which participants will be able to build and programme their own basic robot for a sumo fight challenge.
