KUALA LUMPUR: Residents of D’sara Sentral, Garden Residence and the upcoming M Vertica will enjoy full service of the MRT Line 1, after the operation of its second phase (MRT Sungai Buloh-Kajang (SBK) Line 1) began last Monday.
D’sara Sentral, which is expecting its first vacant possession in March 2018, is situated right opposite Kampung Selamat MRT station. The covered walkway with direct access to MRT station is slated for completion in August 2017.
Meanwhile, the Garden Residence is only 2km away from the Cyberjaya-North MRT station and Cyberjaya City Centre MRT station.
The ERL station Putrajaya Sentral, is also located close to Garden Residence allowing residents easy access to KLIA, KLIA 2 as well as KL Sentral.
Residents of M Vertica in Cheras, can also enjoy easy access to MRT with merely seven minutes of walking distance to the Maluri MRT and LRT interchange, and ten minutes walk to Taman Pertama MRT Station.
As the developer of the projects, Mah Sing’s Group managing director Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum said in a statement, “Ever since the launch of our D’sara Sentral project, we have been looking forward to the completion of the MRT Line 1.
“We laud the government’s initiative and efforts in improving the convenience of public transportation and we hope the improved infrastructure will further enhance quality of life and economy of the country.”
Leong also added, the successful delivery of the MRT project marks another milestone of the country’s grand plan to move towards being a developed nation.
Lakeville Residence, Taman Wahyu one of Mah Sing’s current developments, will benefit from the further construction of MRT Sungai Buloh-Serdang-Putrajaya (SSP) Line 2 which is located only 2km away from the Sri Delima Station which is part of the aforementioned MRT line.
MRT will also be providing a feeder bus service to pick up MRT users from a bus stop, located right in front of Lakeville Residence.
