PETALING JAYA: Elmina Business Park’s latest offering, The Signature Collection Twin Factories, has been fully taken up, highlighting developer Sime Darby Property Bhd's (SDP) continued success in meeting the demands for well-planned industrial development.
Featuring 60 semi-detached factories, with built-up ranging from 4,410 sq ft for Type A to 9,573 sq ft for Type B, the development covers 26.2 acres with a gross development value (GDV) of RM296mil. Each unit offers a tri-functional setup, incorporating a warehouse, office, and reception space.
