PETALING JAYA: Sime Darby Property’s signature factories at the Elmina Business Park was launched to a rapturous reception, achieving a 97% take-up rate. Featuring 24 semi-detached and seven units of detached factories measuring 120 ft x 200 ft, they are ready-built with a modern and practical tri-functional design that functions as a spacious warehouse, office, concierge, reception and gallery areas.

The 120’ x 200’ semi-detached factories are offered in built-ups ranging from 13,800 sq ft to 14,800 sq ft, and priced from RM8,420,888. Additionally, these facilities allow for the easy combination of two adjoining units to create a larger central warehouse space. The 120’ x 200’ detached factories come with a built-up size of 12,000 sq ft with prices starting from RM8,539,888. 

Fair-faced bricks, glass panels, and clean lines are used throughout The Prestige Collection's general design to give it a contemporary and elegant business outlook. The spacious warehouse interior enhances flexibility for production or logistics set-ups while the skylight roof panels make operations more environmentally friendly. Value-added features in the Prestige Collection include automatic roller shutters for loading access, additional space allocated for future installation of lifts and solar panels fitted to promote the use and production of cleaner energy and reduce carbon emissions. 

The factories are also designed with full-round block circulation, enhancing vehicle manoeuvrability for effective and seamless business operations. 

At 1,500 acres, the Elmina Business Park is the largest freehold industrial park in Klang Valley. It is easily accessible via five major expressways namely the Guthrie Corridor Expressway (GCE), North-South Expressway (NSE), New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), Kuala Lumpur-Kuala Selangor Expressway (LATAR) and Damansara-Shah Alam Elevated Expressway (DASH).
