PETALING JAYA: Sime Darby Property (SDP) has achieved 100% take-up for the first stage of The Nine, Elmina Green during its early bird preview, highlighting strong buyer confidence in the developer and the City of Elmina township.
The first stage comprises 93 units of double-storey linked homes with a gross development value (GDV) of RM93.8mil.
