KUALA LUMPUR: This holiday season, Sunway Velocity Mall has created a vibrant, nostalgic and heartwarming Christmas celebration. Embracing the theme Christmas Colourama, the campaign captures the timeless charm of stained glass, symbolising joy, giving and togetherness—the true essence of the holidays.
From Nov 22, 2024 to Jan 1, 2025, step into the enchanting world of Christmas Colourama at the Main Atrium on the ground level to marvel at a stunning display of vibrant colours and radiant lights inspired by kaleidoscopic stained-glass effects. The decorations merge modern brilliance with traditional Christmas magic, offering a delightful mix of East and West.
At the heart of the display is a breathtaking 30-foot Christmas tree, crafted from locally sourced, multi-colored reflective panels. Surrounding this centerpiece are smaller, shimmering trees adorned with lights and baubles. The stained glass-inspired motif extends across the ground, creating a picturesque setting perfect for capturing magical holiday photos.
Encircling the Christmas tree, festive booths offer a variety of treasures, including delicious cookies, stylish fashion accessories, unique gifts, enchanting toys and more. It is a one-stop destination for finding meaningful surprises for loved ones while soaking in the festive spirit.
Aligned with the spirit of Christmas, Sunway Velocity Mall is giving back to the community through its Beaming Joy CSR initiative. In collaboration with Better Vision, the mall provided complimentary comprehensive eye check-ups for 25 children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) from The National Autism Society of Malaysia (NASOM).
Additionally, in partnership with Miss Tourism International 2024 pageants, the mall fulfilled festive wishes for NASOM children by shopping for them within the mall. These efforts highlight the mall’s commitment to fostering meaningful connections and spreading joy during the festive season.
