SEREMBAN: TH Properties Sdn Bhd recently unveiled its residential development Felora and commercial properties Bizcentre Phase 2, located in Warisan Puteri 2 with 86 and 28 units respectively.

The success of previous developments in Warisan Puteri 2 such as Tierra, another double-storey terrace house project, signifies that the demand for residential and commercial properties is still resilient despite various setbacks such as the Covid-19 pandemic, softer global economy and the spike in raw material prices, TH Properties board member Zarulakmar Abd Aziz said during the launch ceremony.

TH Properties Board of Directors member Datuk Wan Hashimi AlBakri Wan Ahmad Amin Jaffri, Operations head Amri Shaari and business and corporate affairs head Mohd Hisham Harun were present at the launch.

With an RM38.9mil gross development value (GDV), Felora is a series of double-storey terrace houses with built-up areas ranging from 1,406 sq ft to 1,965 sq ft. Units are priced from RM409,000 to RM659,200. 

Bizcentre Phase 2 comprises two and three-storey shop offices with a build-up from 2,170 sq ft to 6,868 sq ft, with prices starting from RM648,000 to RM2,334,700. 

The developer hosted a one-day Karnival during the launch, with activities such as a special appearance by Upin and Ipin mascots, a petting zoo and a drawing contest. The first 20 purchasers during the Karnival also received IKEA vouchers worth RM3,500.
