Teja by Sime Darby Property 90% taken up within 48 hours

PETALING JAYA: Subang Jaya's master developer Sime Darby Property Bhd's final low-density condominium in Subang Jaya received a rave reception, with a 93% take-up rate achieved within 48 hours of its launch via the developer’s Online Booking System (OBS).

With a gross development value (GDV) of RM212mil, this development features 244 freehold residential units on a 1.83-acre plot. It is located in proximity to Empire Shopping Gallery and just 2km away from parc (formerly Subang Ria Recreational Park) and in the vicinity to Subang Jaya LRT/KTM and SS15 LRT stations, ensuring smooth connectivity.

"The enthusiastic response to Teja strengthens our resolve to provide homes that cater to a wide range of lifestyles," said chief marketing and sales officer Datuk Lai Shu Wei.

Teja offers three layout types. Type A units, sized at 800 sq ft, are designed with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Type B units offer a larger built-up area of 980 sq ft and come with three-plus-one bedrooms and two bathrooms. The largest, Type C, is 1,150 sq ft, featuring three-plus-one bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Teja also offers residents an array of facilities, including co-working spaces, event venues, secure parcel lockers, and a dedicated e-hailing and delivery waiting area.

With the tentative launch of parc’s rejuvenation, Sime Darby Property is also looking to give back to the Subang Jaya community by revitalising shared spaces, fostering a stronger connection between communities and nature, and championing sustainability.

Lai said parc is to be designed as a social and environmental hub, intended to make sustainable living practices essential and enjoyable.

“Inspired by communal parks and playgrounds of the past, parc seeks to reignite the sense of community. It encourages active participation in rejuvenating shared spaces, nurturing a sense of unity and ownership among residents,” he said.
