Sunway Iskandar CEO Gerard Soosay attributed the success of Sunway Citrine Lakehomes to the community’s interest in Sunway Iskandar and its close proximity to Singapore.
JOHOR: Sunway Iskandar marks its success with the latest launch, Sunway Citrine Lakehomes which recorded a 100% take-up of its landed residential houses, totalling at 277 units.
The development recorded a gross development value of RM349mil and resides on a land area of 24.55 acres in Sunway Iskandar, which consists of a 369 double-storey link homes, double-storey link cluster homes, and three-storey townhouse units.
