PETALING JAYA: Sime Darby Property Bhd achieved a strong 70% take-up rate for the first phase of its Elmina Green project, launched last Saturday.
A total of 131 out of 187 units offered for sale were taken up by purchasers during the Elmina Green’s Phase 1 launch, the company said in a statement.
The units were snapped up within two days, reflecting strong demand for residential units at the award-winning City of Elmina.

“The success of Elmina Green Phase 1 reprises the success of other developments in the township such as our earlier four phases of Elmina Valley homes which received overwhelming response, signifying strong demand for reasonably priced residential products at the City of Elmina,” he added.
Currently, limited numbers of Elmina Green Phase 1 units are still available for purchase.
The homes offer freehold ownership and are priced from RM683,888 before bumiputra discount (7%) and early signing rebate (5%). Completion of the development is slated for October 2019.
