“Since our homebuyers seem to be more attracted to our double-storey houses, we will be launching another phase of double-storey houses for Cybersouth’s fourth component in Q4 2017,” Jugo said.
With a total gross development value of RM136mil, Bellevue offers 264 units of townhouses which are currently 90% booked. It is expected to be completed in 2020.
