Who is Joshua Kang?

With 11 years of experience as the head of project quality control for Sunrise Bhd and approximately 17 years of service in the field of building inspection, construction quality consultation as well as Conquas & Qlassic, Joshua Kang possesses in-depth knowledge in the building inspection industry.

He has co-founded Canaan Building Inspections Sdn Bhd, an independent building inspection company. Today, the company has provided many quality trainings for property developers, contractors and homebuyers. It has also inspected more than 3,000 properties throughout the country.

Kang is a registered building surveyor (Rism), a certified member of interNACHI (International Certified Home Inspectors, USA), a certified Qlassic trainer and assessor (CIDB Malaysia) and a technical committee in the drafting of the Malaysian Construction Industry Standards (Cis).
