SPD holds groundbreaking ceremony for SPD Tech Valley Industrial Park

SENAWANG: Seri Pajam Development Group (SPD) has carried out the groundbreaking ceremony for the SPD Tech Valley Industrial Park, marking a significant milestone in its journey towards creating a premier industrial hub. 

The event saw the signing and exchange of the memorandum of understanding (MoU) documents between SPD Tech Valley Sdn Bhd and RHB Bank Bhd, which was witnessed by Negeri Sembilan Chief Minister Datuk Seri Utama Aminuddin Harun. 

The collaboration signifies a strong commitment from both parties to support the growth and development of the sustainable industrial sector within the SPD Tech Valley.

Under the MoU, RHB Bank will offer its Green Property Financing Scheme, a financial solution designed to meet the needs of the industries in SPD Tech Valley. The collaboration aims to facilitate the establishment and expansion of industrial operations within the SPD Tech Valley, provide customised financial solutions to meet the specific needs of industrial investors and facilitate their transition to sustainable business operations as well as strengthen the industrial ecosystem, making SPD Tech Valley a premier destination for industrial investment.

SPD chief executive officer Ten Wee Seong said: "This collaboration with RHB Bank is a significant step towards ensuring that our investors have the necessary financial support to thrive. We are confident that this collaboration will lead to greater efficiency and success for our industrial operations."

RHB Banking Group Klang Valley West regional director Tai Kai Ping was also present to exchange the MoU documents with Ten.
