Understanding the importance of this, property developer Tropicana Corporation Berhad launched its latest and third residential phase Cheria Residences at Tropicana Aman in Shah Alam.
Sitting on 15.6ha of land, Cheria Residences features spacious double-storey semi-detached houses ranging from 3,200sq ft to 3,670sq ft with wide porches that can fit up to three cars side by side.
