SEMENYIH: SP Setia Bhd is set to launch Casaville, 38 units of single-storey bungalows, in the township of Setia EcoHill, with the unveiling of its new show units on April 28.
“Casaville is one of our anticipated launches that are targeting owner occupiers and investors from surrounding catchment areas as well as suburbs such as Ampang, Cheras, Kajang, Seri Kembangan, Puchong, Putrajaya, Nilai and Seremban. It is an illustration of sustainable homes that we are developing in our Setia EcoHill, Semenyih masterplan," SP Setia Bhd divisional general manager Koh Sooi Meng said.
The development is targeted at upgraders, empty nesters and families with elderly members.
Casaville has a total gross development value (GDV) of RM50mil and is due to be completed in the second quarter of 2026. It will officially be launched by the end of April 2024.
Priced from RM1.376mil onwards, each unit will have a three-bedroom three-bathroom layout with built-ups of 1,994 sq ft to 2,075 sq ft.
It is part of Setia EcoHill, Semenyih, a gated and guarded community with a total land bank of 673 acres. The development is in proximity to clinics and education institutions such as SK Kampung Rinching, SK Rinching Hilir, SK Bandar Tasik Kesuma, Nottingham University (Malaysian Campus), the German Malaysia Institute, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), and University Putra Malaysia.
An approximate 10% of the development has been reserved as green zones, such as parks and gardens. Setia EcoHill will have access to the Kajang-Seremban Highway, PLUS Highway, South Klang Valley Expressway, Kajang Dispersal Link Expressway, Kajang-Seremban Highway and the East Klang Valley Expressway that is scheduled for completion in 2024.
