A large turnout of potential buyers at the launch of the Careya Starter Homes series in Setia Alam which saw all units allocated being sold out.
PETALING JAYA: SP Setia Bhd recently launched Careya, their first of Setia Alam’s Starter Homes which was well-received by potential home buyers.
According to the statement by the company, all allocated units were sold out on the first day of the launch. With only two parcels allocated for the Starter Homes series in Setia Alam, these limited editions homes were well received as expected.
Due to be completed in two years, the Careya series comprises 93 units of 20 ft x 65 ft double-storey terrace houses with built-ups starting from 1,677 sq ft and comes with either three or four rooms. Each of the units will have three bathrooms.
With prices starting from RM585,000, Careya will have a total gross development value (GDV) of RM58mil. The residence is well-guarded and is located near parks and various amenities.
“The objective of the Starter Homes series is to give both first-time buyers and those looking to upgrade the chance to own a freehold landed residence in a thriving community, usually only found in new developments located far off from central Kuala Lumpur or Petaling Jaya,” said Bandar Setia Alam Sdn Bhd general manager Tan Siow Chung in a statement.
