SELANGOR: SP Setia’s latest residential development, Irama Villa III, received overwhelming response over its weekend launch, achieving a 100% takeup rate for all its freehold double-storey terrace houses units.
The project is situated in Bandar Kinrara and has a starting price of RM1.4mil.
“The growing demand for low-density properties is a testament to the desire for more space, enhanced security, and increased privacy among homeowners. We are delighted by the positive reception of Irama Villa III, which reflects the trust in Setia and our ability to meet market demands,” SP Setia divisional general manager Razly Mohammad Rus said.
With built-up areas from 2165 sq ft to 2770 sq ft and 2234 sq ft to 2337 sq ft, each home has four-plus-one bedrooms with five bathrooms. The units will also be equipped with SP Setia’s smart home features, known as Setia i-Home, which aims to create a space both environmentally conscious and future-ready.
"Each unit at Irama Villa III will come equipped with a range of smart features, including a smart lock for enhanced security, a solar photovoltaic conduit to harness clean energy, electric vehicle (EV) ports to support the adoption of electric cars, as well as a green switch for convenient control of electrical appliances. Additionally, the development also includes the innovative Box 366 food and parcel delivery dropbox, designed by SP Setia," he added.
