PETALING JAYA: Property developer SP Setia Bhd will be offering free movie screenings to loyal customers over a period of two months from now until December 2016.

The loyal customers, dubbed Citizen Setia, will first get the opportunity to watch Inferno in selected cinemas throughout Penang, Klang Valley, Johor and Kota Kinabalu on Thursday, October 13.

According to the statement, ticket collection is available in selected SP Setia sales gallery for current and subsequent movie screenings.

“No other property developer has executed a reward campaign on such a big scale. It is part of our appreciation towards our loyal customers who have stayed with Setia for many years and our way of saying thank you to those who continuously believe in the Setia brand,” said SP Setia Bhd vice president Datuk Koe Peng Kang.

Launched earlier this year, Citizen Setia has been enjoying various events including a Broadway musical, exclusive landscaping and gardening workshop and etc.

Citizen Setia who purchase any selected Setia property this year will also stand a chance to win an exciting trip to London to catch the prestigious and celebrated Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) Chelsea Flower Show 2017.

“In the weeks to come, Citizen Setia can expect more exciting and exclusive activities planned specially for them,” Koe added.

Citizen Setia will be also be able to enjoy the locally produced “Yours Musically” by Dama Orchestra. The musical will showcase the best-loved English, Chinese, Malay and Indian songs.

Citizen Setia who introduces their friends or family members to purchase any participating SP Setia properties through the Introducer Reward Points (IRP) pay-out and rewards will also be handsomely rewarded.

Instead of the usual 1% of IRP, the rewards are now being doubled to a 2% cash reward that will be paid within 30 days upon signing of Sale & Purchase Agreement with signed and stamped loan agreement.

Also, 99.99% Gold Coins worth up to almost RM30,000 (price according to the current gold price) will be given out depending on the value of the purchased property with value above RM500,000.

The Triple A Gold Rewards is available from September 5 until December 3. The rebates vary according to each projects.
