SP Setia launches the Calidora Collection

JOHOR: SP Setia welcomes the Calidora Collection, the new innovatively designed homes which aim to unite the dining and kitchen space, harmonizing the entire home. The space that this union creates will improve ventilation and fluidity in the home. It also provides more useable spaces for special family moments.

72 units of these open-concept homes (32’ x 70’ double-storey cluster homes) are being offered to the public, with prices starting from RM921,800. Each home has an area built up of 2,240 sq ft and comes with five bedrooms and four bathrooms, essential for growing families.

These family homes are suited for young families, and anyone looking for an upgrade to grow into. This prime location is also beneficial for people who frequently commute from Johor to Singapore. The township is situated within close proximity to the North-South Highway with a specially designed, Exit 225B for Calidora Collection home residents to easily travel around the CBD more conveniently.
