Laelia II’s loft-style terraced homes feature a double-volume living room.
PETALING JAYA: Property developer SP Setia has launched the second phase of Laelia at Setia Bayuemas in Klang following the first phase’s success and a strong demand for similar landed properties by the developer.
“With the non-bumiputera units of Laelia I taken up during the launch and the accumulating enquiries since then, it is evident that the demand is present and hence, we are taking the opportunity to launch the second phase of Laelia to meet the continuous demand for terraced homes priced within a more affordable price range,” said divisional general manager Razly Mohammad Rus.
Laelia II comprises 97 units of double-storey terraced homes, where 48 units are loft-style homes and 49 units are conventional terraced homes, offering three or four bedrooms and bathrooms.
“We aimed to offer a more exclusive product when we were designing Laelia as we (have) identified the current demands of first-time homeowners and adapted our plans to meet their modern lifestyle needs. This is why Laelia II, similar to Laelia I, offers an alternative loft-style design which is trending (and) within a well-planned township,” Razly added.
The conventional terraced units come with sizing from 1,917 sq ft to 2,019 sq ft, while the loft-style units are sized from 1,626 sq ft to 1,673 sq ft and have a double-volume living room.
Similar to Laelia I, Laelia II will include Setia i-Home sustainable and future-ready features. The homes are equipped with solar photovoltaic conduit and electric vehicle ports, as well as a green switch for convenient control of electrical appliances and a smart lock for extra security. Additionally, the SP Setia-designed Box 366 food and parcel delivery dropbox is also featured.
Setia Bayuemas, a 545-acre township, is accessible by major highways including the North-South Expressway (ELITE) and Shah Alam Expressway (KESAS). The master plan comprises affordable apartments, landed terraces, cluster homes, semi-dees, and bungalows. It is an award-winning township with many accolades.
