PETALING JAYA: SP Setia Bhd has launched Ferrous 3 at the Setia AlamImpian township in Shah Alam, targeting young professionals, couples, families and primarily owner-occupiers looking for houses that are modern and contemporary.
Comprising 101 units of freehold, double-storey terrace homes, Ferrous 3 offers four bedroom and four en-suite bathroom units with an open plan integrating living, dining and kitchen areas. The development has a contemporary design with a touch of industrial elements, as it sits on the Industrial Arts precinct among seven other art-themed precincts - Performing Arts, Fine Arts, Cinematic Arts, Musical Arts, Digital Arts, and Minimalist Arts.
The unit sizes range from 1,950 sq ft to 2,204 sq ft. It features smart locks, green switches and solar-photovoltaic systems, while facilities include a linear park with themed features such as Little Shorea forest, Tapir sculpture, Bunga Kantan pavilion, basketball court and playground.
Divisional general manager Razly Mohammad Rus said Ferrous 3 has garnered 300 registered interests and a few units were already taken up.
“Amid the market recovery, Setia AlamImpian has consistently seen encouraging take-ups in the previous phases,” he said, referring to the fully taken up Ferrous 1 and the 60% take-up for Ferrous 2.
“We are confident that the penultimate Ferrous 3 will perform well as its previous phases and will aim for the final phase of the series, Ferrous 4 to launch next year,” he added.
Targeted for completion in August 2026, Ferrous 3 selling prices start from RM915,800 to RM1,420,800. Setia AlamImpian is accessible via Lebuhraya Kemuning Shah Alam (LKSA) highway, Lebuhraya Shah Alam (KESAS) highway, and Federal highway, and the upcoming West Coast Expressway (WCE).
