SkyWorld’s SkyMeridien Residences wins Best Managed and Sustainable Award

KUALA LUMPUR: City developer SkyWorld Development Bhd’s (SkyWorld) SkyMeridien Residences has been recognised at The Edge  Malaysia Best Managed and Sustainable Property Award 2024, winning the Below 10 Years - Multiple-Owned  Strata Residential Category. This prestigious recognition highlights SkyWorld’s commitment to excellence in property management and sustainability. 

The awards honour buildings that exemplify high maintenance and management standards, setting a benchmark for property management in  Malaysia. Winning this award underscores SkyMeridien Residences' outstanding sustainability practices and exemplary property management. 

This marks the second time SkyWorld has been recognised for its outstanding achievement. In 2020,  Ascenda Residences was named one of the winners of EdgeProp Malaysia's Best Managed  Property Awards in the Below 10 Years - Multiple-Owned Strata Residential Category.

SkyWorld co-manages SkyMeridien Residences alongside Transpacc Property Management (Transpacc). The former develops and invests in the residents-use-only property management app, SkyWorld  Connects App. This super-app allows residents to book facilities, report issues, register visitors and access contacts for efficient communication, such as notices on community engagement programmes. Meanwhile, Transpacc conducts rigorous vendor selection to ensure top-notch all-around maintenance and robust security for the entire property. 

Located in the northern part of Kuala Lumpur's city centre in Sentul, SkyMeridien Residences is renowned for its prime accessibility and urban luxury.
