KUALA LUMPUR: Property developer SkyWorld Development Group (SkyWorld) ends the year on a high note when Tower A2 of SkyAwani 4 Residence @ Setapak chalked up an 85% take-up in three hours over the weekend.
Keen registrants showed up early, and the event saw a crowd of about 1,200, with potential buyers signing up for 485 units of the total 571 units.
The award-winning SkyAwani affordable home series also comprises SkyAwani 1, 2 and 3, which all have recorded a 100% take-up.
“Our popular SkyAwani series has made many positive headlines and cemented its position as the must-owned starter homes for first time home buyers – given its extraordinary value of good price, practical layout and the icing on the cake, full-fledged condominium facilities,” said SkyWorld chief operating officer Lee Chee Seng.
“Last weekend marked another milestone for SkyWorld. We are so thankful for the overwhelming response, and we are proud to say that despite SkyAwani being a CSR project under the RUMAWIP affordable home programme, we remain steadfast to our commitments of delivering value for money property without compromising on quality and aesthetics.
“SkyAwani 4 boasts all our SkyWorld strengths – quality QLASSIC workmanship, unique design and good potential appreciation value given its strategic location of just 5-km distance to KLCC.”
The newly-launched SkyAwani 4 Residence fronts a one-acre blossom park with jogging and cycling tracks. It features three 55-storey towers housing 1,782 units in total.
Every unit comes with a built-up of 800 sqft, comprising three bedrooms and two bathrooms, at a fixed price of RM300,000. Seated on 4.73 acres of leasehold land, the total estimated gross development value of SkyAwani 4 is over RM534 mil.
