KUALA LUMPUR: As the first initiative in its Sustainable Community Living programme, property developer SkyWorld Development Bhd signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the SkyLuxe on the Park Residences management corporation.
The MoU will provide an enhancement study to upgrade and optimise SkyLuxe on the Park Residences’ Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations.
SkyWorld chief executive officer Lee Chee Seng and SkyLuxe on the Park Residences management corporation chairman Kenneth Aaron Gomes signed the MoU documents. The signing ceremony was witnessed by SkyWorld Development Berhad customer advocacy head Christy Yeap and SkyLuxe on the Park Residences management corporation secretary Lum Saw Moi @ Lum Sau Mei.
Through the SkyWorld Sustainable Community Living programme, SkyWorld Development aims to increase its homeowner’s SkyLiving experience post hand-over. Although the programme is currently centred around SkyLuxe on the Park Residences, SkyWorld Development will be conducting more research and development into sustainable best practices for its strata developments.
“SkyWorld takes pride in offering a holistic SkyLiving experience to our homeowners even after the completion and handover stage,” Lee said.
“This MoU signing with Perbadanan Pengurusan Residensi SkyLuxe, the management corporation of SkyLuxe on the Park Residences, reflects our commitment to continuously raise the bar in elevating the standards of living for our residents,” he added.
The Sustainable Community Living programme’s first initiative includes the enhancement of EV charging stations and other potential green upgrades, such as solar energy panels, artificial intelligent (AI) face recognition system, virtual fencing, autonomous cleaning robots, car plate recognition software and sensor lighting.
Following the success of the initiative at SkyLuxe on the Park Residences, SkyWorld will extend the programme across all its other completed developments.
