SINGAPORE: City developer SkyWorld Development Bhd (SkyWorld) achieved its second consecutive world gold award at the recent FIABCI (International Real Estate Federation) World Prix d’Excellence Awards 2024.
Held at Gardens by the Bay, Singapore, SkyWorld chief executive officer Lee Chee Seng received the award from FIABCI president Budiarsa Sastrawinata and witnessed by the Award committee president Soelaeman Soemawinata.
SkyAwani 3 Residences, a residential apartment located in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur, achieved the Gold Award. Launched in 2017, the development has 1,905 units and each apartment was priced at RM300,000.
SkyAwani 3 Residences has a Qlassic score of 79%, the highest for the affordable housing category in 2022. Additionally, the development received an award from the Malaysian Book of Records for the Highest Residential Skybridge at 170.55m.
