KUALA LUMPUR: SkyWorld Development Bhd (SkyWorld), an urban property developer with business interests in Kuala Lumpur city, recently achieved an 86% Quality Assessment System in Construction (Qlassic) score and a 92.63% Safety and Health Assessment in Construction (Shassic) score for its SkySierra Residences (The Valley) from the Construction Research Institute of Malaysia (Cream). Both are the highest scores the company has received to date.
The impressive achievement was celebrated with the certification handover ceremony held at SkySierra Residences (The Valley) in Setiawangsa, KL, and presented by Cream chief executive officer (CEO) M Ramuseren to SkyWorld CEO Lee Chee Seng in recognition of SkyWorld’s exceptional achievement which underscores the developer’s unwavering commitment to excellence in construction.
Commanding a gross development value (GDV) of RM761mil and sprawled across a strategically located 4.66-acre parcel of land, SkySierra Residences(The Valley) encompasses a grand total of 1,309 meticulously crafted units with sizes ranging from a comfortable 800 sq ft to a spacious 1,318 sq ft, ensuring ample living space for residents. Boasting three iconic towers that stand tall with 48, 43 and 54 floors respectively, The Valley is set as the highest residential building built by the Company to date and the tallest residential building in Setiawangsa. All 1,309 units in SkySierra Residences (The Valley) have been 100% sold.
According to Lee, the recognition from Cream for its highest Qlassic and Shassic score is a testament to SkyWorld’s commitment to quality and safety as a distinguished urban property developer.

The visit aims to provide CREAM with an immersive experience in understanding the meticulous standards of quality upheld by SkyWorld and to explore new opportunities to elevate the standards of the construction industry in Malaysia.
Additionally, Ramuseren expressed his enthusiasm for the learning experience gained from touring SkyWorld’s Quality Centre.
