PETALING JAYA: Sime Darby Property is once again chosen by Malaysian consumers as the nation’s preferred and leading property development brand, bringing home a Gold award at the Putra Brand Awards 2017.
Sime Darby Property has won the Gold award for eight consecutive years since its inception in 2010, signifying consumers’ trust in the developer’s brand, products and services.
“We thank the Malaysian consumers for the trust in our brand and for choosing us as the most preferred property development brand in Malaysia for the eighth consecutive year. We will continue to offer the best to our consumers, to remain as the people’s choice” said Sime Darby Property managing director Datuk Sri Amrin Awaluddin in a statement.
The company aims to be a developer of communities, neighbourhoods and homes with great emotional attachment to customers value brands that go beyond their product offerings.

The Putra Brand Awards, a brand valuation award measured by consumer preferences, is organised by the Association of Accredited Advertising Agents of Malaysia (4As) in association with Malaysia’s Most Valuable Brands (MMVB)
