ARA DAMANSARA: Elmina Green Three, the latest phase of two-storey houses in the City of Elmina, Sime Darby Property Bhd’s award-winning township will be unveiled tomorrow.

Elmina Green Three is a freehold development comprising 412 units of double-storey extended link homes with built-up areas from 2,262sq ft to 2,983sq ft.

The first phase of 218 units will be available for pre-launch sale this Saturday, with prices starting from RM709,999 after rebates and before the Bumiputra discount.

 All homes come with four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms for privacy and convenience. The homes’ open plan layout integrates both living and dining areas for more space and functionality, while the ground floor has a Granny Suite with ample room to fit a king-sized bed and a walk-in wardrobe. 

 Sime Darby Property chief operating officer for township development Datuk Wan Hashimi Albakri said Elmina Green Three embodies the improved version of Elmina Green 1. 

“We looked at the success of Elmina Green 1, which achieved 100% take-up, and reflected on how best we can build a new phase of homes that are bigger, bolder and better, to meet the needs of multi-generational families and those seeking an upgrade,” he said.

Those who reside in Elmina Green Three will get to utilise the 90km jogging and cycling tracks for their recreational needs

“The improvements made include designing the homes to be 10ft longer than usual to provide more space and equip them with signature fittings for a hassle-free move for potential homebuyers. This gives them less to worry about before moving into their new home,” Wan explained.

 Potential homeowners will further enjoy the abundance of greenery surrounding the township. Elmina Green Three is situated next to a 2,700-acre forest reserve, 21-acres of Sakura Lake, 8-acres of Infinity Lake and approximately 4-acres of the recreational park. 

 Elmina Green Three is connected to the Guthrie Corridor Expressway, Federal Highway, Latar Expressway and New Klang Valley Expressway. 

The Damansara-Shah Alam Highway, which is currently under construction, is expected to shorten travel time to the city centre, further enhancing the connectivity and accessibility of the township.
