Registration open for 1,700 apartment units

PUTRA HEIGHTS– Sime Darby Property launched the Harmoni 1 affordable homes in Putra Heights today, a development under the Rumah Selangorku housing scheme by the Selangor State Government.

The launch of Harmoni 1 was officiated by Selangor chief minister Datuk Seri Mohamed Azmin Ali. Also present of Selangor exco for housing, building management and urban settlement Datuk Iskandar Bin Abdul Samad and Sime Darby Property managing director Datuk Jauhari Hamidi.

The Harmoni 1 affordable homes, with a gross development value (GDV) of approximately RM359 million, will comprise four apartment blocks housing 1,700 units of type C1 (800 sq ft) and type D (1,000 sq ft) homes, with a selling price between RM170,000 and RM270,000.

The apartment complex will be complemented with facilities that include a five and a half storey car park block for residents, a multipurpose hall for community activities, two guard houses for enhanced security and a generous expanse of green space for community wellness.

Registration and purchase of Rumah Selangorku homes is open to all Malaysians (including non-Selangor natives) aged 18 years old and above, with a household income between RM3,000 – RM10,000.

Applicants must not own any other type of property in the state and does not necessarily have to be working in Selangor to qualify.

Applicants are required to register at Sime Darby Property’s website www.simedarbyproperty.com/harmonirumahselangorku and complete an online registration via Lembaga Perumahan dan Hartanah Selangor (LPHS) website at http://ehartanah.lphs.gov.my.

Upon completion of the online registration, applicants are required to send a physical copy of the application form along with the required documents to Sime Darby Property for further processing.*

Harmoni 1 Putra Heights is the second launch under the Rumah Selangorku affordable homes by Sime Darby Property, with the first being in Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang which was launched in 2015.

In line with Sime Darby Property's philosophy of building sustainable communities, most of its affordable homes are situated in strategic locations with convenient access to transportation hubs and other facilities that provide better living standards for the community.

Putra Heights is an integrated development and self-contained township, launched in 1998 and is situated in a prime location with good access to major highways and transportation hubs, providing ample amenities for the community.
