PETALING JAYA: Sime Darby Property is launching phase three of Elmina Valley homes at the City of Elmina this Saturday (July 23).
“More than 2,000 people have already registered for Elmina Valley phase three so far, which indicates great demand for homes within the City of Elmina township,” said Sime Darby Property managing director Datuk Jauhari Hamidi in a statement.
He added that they are confident of Elmina Valley Phase 3 repeating the success of Elmina Valley phase one and two, where both phases recorded over 90% take up within two days of their respective official launches.
The Elmina Valley phase three comprises 354 units of double-storey link homes ranging from 20’ X 60’, 22’ x 75’ and 24’ x 75’ with a built up area from 1,762 sq ft and above.
All homes feature an open-plan floor layout, designed to accommodate different lifestyles and built for modern and multigenerational living. Prices start from RM619,888 and is slated for completion in 2018.
The gross development value of Elmina Valley Phase three is RM280 million and is part of Elmina West of the City of Elmina, a 5,000-acre freehold mixed development with a total GDV of RM25.8 billion.
