PETALING JAYA: Sime Darby Property is launching its latest residential development, Azira in Bandar Bukit Raja.

According to the statement, the development comprises 111 units of 20’ x 75’ double-storey link homes with a built-up area from 1,901 sq ft to 2,275 sq ft and comes with four bedrooms and four bathrooms.

Offering freehold ownership, the prices start from RM678,888 before Bumiputera discount with the completion date slated for January 2020.

Azira is also the first launch in Bandar Bukit Raja that will fully incorporate the ‘Bandar Bukit Raja (BBR) Home Design Principles’ concept focusing on four key areas of Natural Ventilation, Natural Lighting, In Harmony with Nature, and Multi-Generational Homes.

“‘BBR Home Design Principles’ to ensure Sime Darby Property homes are more comfortable and liveable. These specially crafted design principles result in multi-generational homes with natural ventilation and lighting, and are in harmony with nature,” said Sime Darby Property general manager Mohd Idris Abdullah.

“Homes should be built to be accessible for all, including young or old, single or in families and even for the disabled. This will improve the accessibility and convenience for everyone and help to make homes even more adaptable to long-term needs,” he added.
