PETALING JAYA: Sime Darby Convention Centre (SDCC), joined the Earth Hour movement on March 24 to show support in highlighting the worldwide issue of global warming.
SDCC aimed to put the spotlight on issues facing the planet and to inspire millions across the world to live more sustainably.
The Convention Centre turned off all exterior lighting and dimmed the lights in public areas for one hour on Saturday, while restaurants within SDCC, namely Halia and China Treasures,were lit with candles.
SDCC is committed to actively encourage people to participate and support programmes which work to preserve the planet.
