StarProperty.my Awards 2016 showcase presents wide range of options for buyers.
PETALING JAYA: Eminent property industry leaders presented their exceptional development projects at StarProperty.my Awards 2016, attracting prospective house buyers and investors at the exclusive event.
The Awards consisted a total of ten award categories, with the All-Star Award category being the main star of the night.
The first ever StarProperty.my Awards 2016 showcase presents the outstanding housing projects in the market by the award-winning developers.
The participating winners included IJM Land Berhad, Mah Sing Group Bhd, Eco World Development Group Bhd, S P Setia, Sime Darby Property Bhd, UEM Sunrise Bhd, Sunway Bhd, Paramount Property, Titijaya Land Bhd, Thriven Global Bhd, LBS Bina Group Bhd and SkyWorld Development Sdn Bhd.
The special showcase was held in conjunction with the StarProperty.my Awards 2016, which honoured the developers who have played instrumental roles in shaping the property landscape of Malaysia and have improved the public's living quality at the same time.
The event was held at the concourse of The Curve shopping mall from March 24 to 27.

Most visitors interviewed said that they decided to check out the showcase after reading about the participating developers' recent victories in the awards night, and to grab the chance to see the products currently on the market.
Bandar Rimbayu Sdn Bhd chief operating officer Shuy Eng Leong said homebuyers should consider factors such as location, the neighbourhood facilities, the overall package offered and reputable developers with a good track record. Bandar Rimbayu is a unit of IJM Land.
Mah Sing chief executive officer Ng Chai Yong prompted the buyers to buy now and resist the wait and see attitude, as the inflationary pressure on February has already reached 4.2%, and purchasing their homes now would benefit them in long term.
Thriven Global group managing director Ghazie Yeoh bin Abdullah advised homebuyers to do proper research, such as looking into the properties in advance, visit the sites, and choose products that suits their future.
SkyWorld head of sales and marketing Timothy Wong pointed out that the current market presented good opportunities for investors, as they can get good deals from developers and the secondary market, and investors should consolidate their property portfolio.
