PETALING JAYA: Setia EcoHill Sdn Bhd secured an education-rich environment for residents as the company welcome R.E.A.L Kids to become the first anchor tenant for Club 360°.

Occupying a roomy leased area of approximately 10,000 sq ft, R.E.A.L Kids will be situated at a strategic space within the clubhouse that offers impressive view of an Olympic standard swimming pool. It is expected to start its first intake in 2018 with an estimated capacity of 200 pre-school students.

Setia EcoHill Sdn Bhd vice president Tan Hon Lim and R.E.A.L Education Group Sdn Bhd president Ee Ching Wah yesterday inked the agreement at Setia EcoHill sales gallery, which was witnessed by Setia EcoHill general manager Koh Sooi Meng and R.E.A.L Kids general manager Rachel Leow.

“Without a doubt, Setia’s signature feature of blending in the beauty of nature via the many creeks, waterways, meadows, parks and landscaped walkways that dot the township was a major factor in R.E.A.L Kids deciding to set up its latest centre here,” said Ee.

Tan said since the official launch of Setia EcoHill three years ago, the township has since flourished with carefully manicured landscapes, waterscapes and pocket parks.

“Approximately 1,300 units of homes and 224 parcels of bungalow land were handed over last year to the first phase purchasers with an addition of almost 300 units targeted to be handed over later this year,” he added.

Loyal to Setia’s LiveLearnWorkPlay development philosophy, Tan said the township welcomes R.E.A.L Kids Education to promote maximum liveability where residents are surrounded by sustainable practices year round.

Club 360° is located at the highest point of Setia EcoHill. The building is specially design with inspiration from traditional cubic bamboo lantern that will include alluring rooftop dining area offering an awe-inspiring 360 degree view of Setia EcoHill and beyond.

The project was started on April and is expected to be completed in 2018.

Designed to be a social catalyst to residents, the clubhouse will offer a wide variety of activities to promote an active lifestyle to be enjoyed by residents of all ages.

Rising up from ground to the podium, the outdoor lawn will provide an impressive full Olympic-length swimming facility flanked by wet and dry parks for the children, a well-equipped gym complete with three multiuse studios, and a function lawn dedicated to those who enjoy outdoor events with a spectacular view.

The clubhouse will also feature a multisport centre which will house an international futsal arena, four badminton courts which will also double as a full size basketball court. These sporting facilities will be supported by family changing rooms complete with separate male and female sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi.

S P Setia has also recently launched the first phase of the1,010-acre Setia EcoHill 2, which consist of Alexus, Banyas, Clarus and Everna. Approximately 80% of its Everna cluster semi-detached homes are already taken up to date.

Combined with Setia EcoHill 2, the entire Setia EcoHill township development will spread over 1,683 acres with Setia EcoHill covering 673 acres.

Setia EcoHill is preparing to launch its upcoming affordable apartment D’Camellia priced at RM256,000 as well as EcoHill Walk in the coming months.
