PETALING JAYA: S P Setia Bhd will offer the same attractive Setia 10:90 deal for the maiden phase of Setia EcoHill 2, which will be launching with 258 units of double-storey terrace houses and 96 units of linked semi-detached homes next month.

The units ranged from RM553,000 to RM668,000, but purchasers will be able to enjoy the programme by paying a 10% down payment now and the remaining 90% when the property is completed, according to the statement.

“We are excitedly anticipating the maiden launch of Setia EcoHill 2, which is one of our flagship launch this year,” said S P Setia Bhd executive vice president Tan Hon Lim during a preview of the Show Village for Setia EcoHill 2 yesterday.

The show village will be open to public starting from Saturday, May 21 and the official launch is targeted for June. The construction is expected to commence in July 2016 and completed in mid-2018.

Moreover, S P Setia is investing RM 50 million to extend the Lekas-EcoHill Link to Setia EcoHill 2. The construction work for the 3-kilometre dual carriageway link road has started since this April.

The Lekas-EcoHill Link, which cost RM80 million to construct, allows the Lekas Highway to directly link to Setia EcoHill and alleviates the congestion along Jalan Semenyih.

Located next to Setia EcoHill township, Setia EcoHill 2 is a 1,010-acre township that comprises residential and commercial properties. Fifty one percent of the land space is dedicated to landscaping and infrastructure while 38% are earmarked for residential and the remaining 11% for commercial properties.

Setia EcoHill 2 has a gross development value (GDV) of RM5 billion, and features eight iconic themed gardens, housing over 300 species of flora & fauna.

Besides presenting the best of Highlands, Woodlands and Wetlands, the township preserves the natural undulating altitudes and create new recreational opportunities along the mountain slopes leading towards Bukit Tempurung, with more than 10,000 trees to be planted around the township.

More than 80 acres is reserved for green parks while approximately 17 acres of parks is earmarked for the wetlands.

The township is scheduled for completion over a period of 10 years from 2016 to 2026.
