PETALING JAYA: SD Guthrie Bhd, EcoWorld Development Group Bhd and Negeri Sembilan Corporation (NS Corp) are set to jointly develop a 1,166-acre industrial park in Bukit Pelandok, Negeri Sembilan with a gross development value of RM2.95bil. Located within the Malaysian Vision Valley 2.0 (MVV 2.0) economic corridor, the project aims to attract investments, create high-value jobs and stimulate economic growth.
Spanning eight years, the park will feature lots, ready-built factories and commercial properties for sectors like aerospace, electronics, logistics and biotechnology. Its strategic location near Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) enhances business connectivity.
Known for its sustainable practices and extensive landholdings, SD Guthrie aims to diversify its revenue through industrial parks and renewable energy. EcoWorld brings vast experience in managing industrial parks with a strong focus on sustainability and green accreditation. The initiative reflects a commitment to developing strategic land parcels across Malaysia.
