B&G Property has officially opened the sales gallery for its latest residential project, the V-Residensi 5 Serviced Apartments.

Potential buyers can learn more about the upcoming project and experience the spaciousness of the development by touring the showroom featuring the type B 1,203sq ft unit.

The leasehold development, located in Selayang, will consist of 240 serviced apartments, each with three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

There are three unit types, A, B and C, that ranges from built-ups of 1,203sq ft to 1,683sq ft.

B&G Global Property Sdn Bhd sales and marketing director Datuk Soo Kai Chee said the development mainly caters to young, growing families, as well as homeowners looking for an upgrade.

“All our units have ample living space; there are not many projects in the area that offer spacious living at a more affordable price.”

The price starts from RM338 per sq ft.

Soo said since the development opened for registration, 30% of the units were taken up within two months.

“B&G has a proven track record. We are not new in this area, having developed five projects along the main road (of Jalan Kuching).

Ample living space is one of the key features of the V-Residensi 5 Serviced Apartments.

“People are aware of our presence and know us from our previous projects; hence they have confidence in us,” explained Soo.

On top of standard facilities such as swimming pools, a gym and landscape, B&G Global Property sales and marketing manager Affrick Fung said the development is also attractive in terms of its layout and view.

“Within the one block with 24 floors, each floor will have only 12 units, making it low in density, and there are three lifts to service the residents.

“One key aspect of our corner units is that there are two balconies; and within a 3km radius, there are no high-rise buildings that will block the residents’ view,” Fung highlighted.

He added that depending on unit type, residents will have two to three parking bays.

Soo said the development is within a prime area in the Klang Valley, with easy access to Central Business Districts and a 15-minute drive to the Kuala Lumpur city centre.

“It is also near many amenities readily available through the Selayang town, including government offices, hospital, education facilities as well as malls and hypermarkets.

Within the development itself, Soo said there would be a small retail area to support the community within the residence.

V-Residensi 5 Serviced Apartments will be officially launched in the fourth quarter of this year and is expected to be completed by end of 2020.

The sales gallery and show unit is open daily from 10am to 6pm.
