PETALING JAYA: S P Setia Bhd previews its much anticipated Setia Sky Seputeh exclusive condominium development which will be built across 4.8 acres of prime land in Taman Seputeh at its sales gallery at Setia International Centre yesterday, gearing up for its official launch next month.
Strategically located amongst the affluent residential area of Seputeh, Bangsar, Pantai and Mid Valley City, the high-rise luxury condominium comprise 290 units of “sky villas” spread across two towers with a gross development value (GDV) of RM950million.
“For this upcoming launch, we are only launching Tower A which comprises 145 units of condominiums with a GDV of RM470 million. We are targeting upgraders and owner-occupiers who are currently staying in the surrounding area of Taman Seputeh and neighbouring township of Bangsar,” said S P Setia Bhd divisional general manager Paul Soh in a statement.
Setia Sky Seputeh houses four to six units of condominium on each floor and each unit is serviced exclusively with its own private lift lobby. There will be a selection of six layout ranging from 2,300 sq ft to 3,000 sq ft.
Each unit will be allotted three to four parking bays.
Besides a1.5-acre podium featuring man-made sandy beach in a high-rise development, other facilities available are swimming pool, reflection pool, Jacuzzi, heated aqua gym, sky gym, gourmet kitchen, study room, game room and etc.
Setia Sky Seputeh is surrounded by mega mall, F&B outlets, convention centre, hotels and transportation hub that is within walking distance.
The development is situated merely 500m away from Mid Valley shopping mall and approximately four km to KL Eco City which will be connected to transportations such as the Abdullah Hukum LRT station and KTM Komuter station.
“Setia will be investing into improving the current pedestrian crossing at Jalan Syed Putra so that Setia Sky Seputeh home owners can take a walk to Mid Valley if they like to. Setia will also upgrade and enhance Jalan Taman Seputeh,” Soh added.
Prices range from RM2.99million to RM3.6million or approximately RM1, 300 per sq ft.
“Setia’s 10:90 promotional scheme is applicable for this project,” said Soh.
Setia Sky Seputeh is slated to be launched in September and construction will commence in Q4 2016 with targeted delivery by Q4 2020.
