SHAH ALAM: SP Setia Bhd will be unveiling its LakePoint Complex at their 1,235-acre township of Setia AlamImpian in Shah Alam, Selangor on April 20, 2024.
To be held at Setia AlamImpian’s LakePoint Club, the event will be officiated by the Sultan of Selangor, Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah ibni Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah.
The LakePoint Club is Setia AlamImpian’s meeting and retreat area with the lake-view clubhouse providing a variety of family-friendly recreational amenities. Covering 120,462 sq ft, it includes a retail block that connects to the commercial centre and an oval-shaped sales gallery that offers guests a 360° view.
The property developer expects the complex to attract visitors from local and neighbouring communities, and targets to receive a monthly footfall of 10,000 to 12,000 patrons and visitors.
Launched in November 2006 by I&P Group Sdn Bhd, Setia AlamImpian continues to thrive and grow under SP Setia as a flagship development, following the merger of the I&P Group with SP Setia in 2017.
