WHEN it comes to property purchases, homebuyers, especially first-timers are commonly faced with challenges.

Unexpected life events can take place, throwing obstacles that may disrupt ones’ future plans, aside from being constrained by present financial obligations when buying and paying for a property.

IJM Land has introduced a certain form of safety net to its property buyers.

When purchasing an IJM Land property product, homebuyers would be entitled to a first-of-its-kind (in Malaysia) three-in-one form of protection.

The developer’s HomeTIPS, or Triple Insurance Protection Scheme, will allow one to purchase a dwelling for ones’ family, offering a wholesome refuge to flourish, expand and thrive for several years ahead.

To provide buyers with peace of mind during property purchase, IJM Land has worked with Allianz Life Insurance Malaysia Bhd, as well as the Allianz General Insurance Company (Malaysia) Bhd, to guarantee three insurance arrangements.

These schemes would give peace of mind to all of its homebuyers for a 36-month period, from the date of signing the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA).

Some unique assurances of this insurance include a timely payout by Unemployment Insurance, in the case where IJM Land homebuyers are involuntarily terminated due to economic reasons from their employment with the policy term.

Eligibility for a Group Term Life Scheme and Personal Accident Scheme, where financial benefits are paid out in the unfortunate case of death or total permanent disability, is also offered to homebuyers of selected IJM Land properties.

Homebuyers will be rewarded with this exclusive scheme upon purchasing one of IJM Land’s current community living-focused property products.

The township aforementioned is Bandar Rimbayu, stretching across 1,879 acres of land neighbouring Kota Kemuning in Shah Alam.
