Radium launches sales gallery for upcoming Radium Arena

PETALING JAYA: Radium Development Bhd (Radium) has opened the Radium Arena sales gallery in anticipation of the development’s launch by the end of October. 

With a gross development value (GDV) of RM550mil, Radium Arena comprises 988 units in two 40-storey towers. Located at Old Klang Road, the freehold development sits on a 3-acre plot and offers units with sizes from 658 sq ft to 920 sq ft in two-bedroom or three-bedroom configurations. Dual-key units are also available.

Also present were independent non-executive chairman Tan Sri Mohd Amin Nordin, executive directors Gan Kok Peng, Gan Tiong Kian, and executive director cum legal and human resources head Chai Woon Hou. 

The development comes with a comprehensive three-tier security system and an extensive range of facilities that include an infinity pool, aqua gym, garden pavilion, BBQ area, jogging path, golf simulator, yoga studio, meeting and event spaces. On the rooftop is the leisure zone consists of an urban farming area, a yoga deck and a private lounge area with panoramic city views.

Radium Arena offers direct access to Old Klang Road (Jalan Klang Lama) and major highways, ensuring seamless connectivity to areas such as Jalan Gasing, PJ State, Petaling Jaya, Sunway City, Subang, Puchong, Taman OUG, Bukit Jalil, Sri Petaling, Bangsar, and Brickfields.
