PETALING JAYA: Radium Development Bhd (Radium) has launched RadiumX, a mobile application that provides users with a comprehensive listing of the developer's projects, the latest news, updates and more.
“The launch of RadiumX is a pivotal step in our digital transformation efforts, reinforcing our mission to build beyond physical spaces and create meaningful, technology-driven experiences. By integrating digital solutions into our ecosystem, we are not only enhancing accessibility and transparency but also fostering a stronger sense of community among homebuyers, investors and other stakeholders,” said group managing director Datuk Gary Gan Kah Siong.
Among its modules, Property Xplore, offers a comprehensive listing of Radium’s property offerings, EngageX enables property owners to keep track of their properties under development, keeping them informed on matters such as progressive payment at different stages and activities to be completed prior to vacant possession. Another module, ReferX, a referral programme that rewards users for introducing Radium’s developments.
“The ReferX module of RadiumX exemplifies our community-centric approach. It provides our stakeholders with an opportunity to participate in our growth, creating a mutually beneficial ecosystem,” Gan added.
