PETALING JAYA: Property developers Platinum Victory (PV) and Southern Score Builders Bhd (SSBB) awarded RM100,000 to Malaysia’s badminton team medalists, men’s doubles pair Aaron Chia and Soh Wooi Yik for their performance at the recent Paris 2024 Olympics. SSBB also named badminton singles Leong Jun Hao as its ambassador in recognition of Leong’s rising performance. 

In a ceremony held at PV22 Residences Sales Gallery, SSBB executive director and chief executive officer Gan Yee Hin said the company would like to inspire young Malaysians to pursue greatness and nurture the nation’s sports landscape. 

The companies also said that the awarding of RM100,000 to Chia and Soh was an incentive in recognition of their contribution and achievement, and aimed to inspire Malaysian athletes to strive for excellence. 

Also present was PV co-founder and managing director Tan Sri Gan Yu Chai.
