BUYING a property has never felt so rewarding, apart from owning a place you can call home.

Purchasers now have the opportunity to head to France and have a rendezvous with football players and a stadium filled with fans.

Following the success of its inaugural Signature Selection last September, UEM Sunrise Berhad has launched “Signature Selection – Rendezvous in France 2016”, which is taking place now until May 31.

Those who purchase units from an array of exclusive properties by the property developer during this period will stand a chance to win a five-day, four-night all-expenses- paid trip to France to watch the Euro 2016 matches.

This campaign is one of UEM Sunrise’s efforts to reward customers for their loyalty, according to UEM Sunrise Berhad Commercial chief operating officer Raymond Cheah.

“This property ownership campaign offers our loyal purchasers the opportunity to own UEM Sunrise-developed properties in highly-sought after locations, as well as a chance to catch the all-important tournament that happens only once every four years,” he said.

Fifteen lucky purchasers will walk away with tickets for two each to catch the quarter-final match on July 3 in Paris, while another 10 will win a pair of tickets each to the semi-finals on July 7 at Marseille, France.

As for the final match that will be held at the iconic stadium of Saint-Denis in Paris on July 10, three lucky winners will walk away with an all-inclusive luxury trip, complete with five-star accommodation and business class flight tickets each for two persons.

The big draw to determine the winner who will be jetting off to France will be held at Publika on June 18.

Property owners also stand a chance to be in the running to win car giveaways and receive special packages when purchasing selected properties from UEM Sunrise.

Cheah said the total prizes for “Signature Selection – Rendezvous in France 2016” is worth a total of RM3mil, while the expected sales from this campaign is RM300mil.

The selected properties participating in “Signature Selection – Rendezvous in France 2016” include Schubert, Schumann 2, Beethoven and Verdi eco-dominiums in Symphony Hills, Cyberjaya; Begonia in Serene Heights, Bangi; and Residensi22, Residensi Sefina and 11 Mont Kiara in Mont’ Kiara, Kuala Lumpur.

For the southern region, projects in Iskandar Puteri, Johor, include Noble Park, Inspiration Park and Residensi Ledang, which are all situated in East Ledang; Estuari Gardens, Teega and Almas in Puteri Harbour; Melia Residences in Gerbang Nusajaya; and Twin Villas of Nusa Idaman.

The special Adidas Euro 2016 Top Replique Ball will also be given to all those who purchase any of these properties.

UEM Sunrise Berhad chief financial officer Azhar Othman was also present to launch the campaign.
