SHAH ALAM: Culminating the three-month long Gamuda Land 40th Anniversary campaign, ninety (90) prizes were given out to purchasers who bought their Gamuda Land properties from 25 November 2016 to 28 February 2017.

Ho Vui Khiong who purchased a unit at Bukit Bantayan Residences in Kota Kinabalu and joint-purchasers Ng Qing-Mim & Tan Mei Fong who bought a unit in Horizon Hills, Iskandar Puteri Johor, won the two grand prizes of an additional RM48,000 rebate for the property which they have bought with Gamuda Land.

Another three (3) winners won for themselves a RM10,000 rebate each for the property they purchased from Gamuda Land while eighty (80) others won a RM1,000 shopping vouchers respectively.

“We are happy with the warm response towards the promotion. Customers who buy a home in our thoughtfully master-planned towns and developments know that they are buying a place where they feel belonged and can grow up and grow old in,” said Gamuda Land chief operating officer Ngan Chee Meng.

The purchasers who attended the ceremony held at Gamuda Walk were pleasantly surprised when Gamuda Land decided to increase the number of prizes as a gesture of appreciation for those who took time out to attend the prize draw ceremony. Five (5) happy purchasers went home with RM1,000 rebate each on the property which they bought from Gamuda Land.

The Gamuda Land 40th Anniversary promotion rewards purchasers as part of Gamuda’s anniversary celebration. Participating projects are Kundang Estates in North Sungai Buloh, Jade Hills in Kajang, Madge Mansions and The Robertson in Kuala Lumpur, HighPark Suites in Petaling Jaya, Horizon Hills in Iskandar Puteri Johor and Bukit Bantayan Residences in Kota Kinabalu. The campaign recorded 394 sales within the three-month promotion period.
