PUBLIC transport has become popular with the increased cost of living and transportation. To provide a better connected urban living environment, the Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD) has reworked public transport within the Klang Valley, including the expanding network of rail line service.
A new light rail transit (LRT) project – LRT 3 – is planned for construction from Bandar Utama to Johan Setia in Klang.
Developer i-Bhd has taken advantage of the fact that many public transport options lie close to i-City, including the i-City LRT station for LRT 3.
In addition, the mixed development will also enjoy bus rapid transit (BRT) access along Federal Highway.
A direct flyover from Federal Highway into i-City was completed last year.
This means that those living and working in i-City will gain access to a large majority of locales that lie within the Klang Valley, a major boost to the up-and-coming Central i-City Mall, DoubleTree by Hilton hotel and Hill10 Residences.
As an integrated ultrapolis development, i-City offers recreational, commercial and residential all-in-one location apart from its centrally linked infrastructure.
i-Bhd will be launching the 200 units of serviced suites located on top of DoubleTree by Hilton hotel.
The hotel will occupy the ground floor to Level 22, while the Hill10 Residence will occupy the upper floors from Level 22 Mezzanine to Level 43.
Hill10 Residence will be presented to buyers with full fittings, further enhanced with design concepts similar to a hotel room, mirroring the prestige of Hilton establishments across the globe.
This trendy development offers purchasers a myriad of layouts, which include Standard, Deluxe and Executive suites, in one-bedroom, one-study room and one-bath as well as two-bedroom and two-bath configurations.
Connectivity is key in i-City as it enjoys unmatched access to major highways such as the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) and the Cheras – Kajang Expressway, as well as direct flyover access from the Federal Highway.
The StarProperty.my fair will be held at i-Galley, i-City from June 10 to 12, from 11am to 7pm.
