THE “Walk & Ride Yellow Event” at Tropicana Aman kicked off with a sea of 800 participants in yellow T-shirts taking part in a Zumba session.

They then walked and pedalled around the scenic development in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam.

The 2km fun walk and 16km bike ride event showcased Tropicana Aman's generous 34.4ha Central Park with its 7km trail designed for walking, jogging and biking.

After the event, guests were given goodies bags which included finishers’ medals.

They were also treated to breakfast.

There was also a HelloGIF interactive digital booth and lucky draws, where a total of 70 prizes were given away, including five grand prizes of yellow bicycles.

Speaking at the event, Tropicana Marketing and Sales executive director Ung Lay Ting said, “We are extremely delighted to see such an overwhelming turnout at this fourth installation of our ‘Walk & Ride Yellow Event’.

More than 800 participants took part in the event at Tropicana Aman, Kota Kemuning.

“This initiative underscores Tropicana’s commitment to sustainability and green living.

“This time around, we completed an exciting route going through the development to experience the wholesome lifestyle one is expected to enjoy in one of Tropicana’s largest townships,” she said.

Ung said Tropicana Aman’s third residential phase, Cheria Residences, which offers 272 units of innovative semi-detached homes, has seen encouraging response from the market.

“These spacious homes which feature built-in ventilation, ceiling heat insulation, home network and security systems have allowed us to stand out from other product offerings in the market.
